At Bonners Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for most musical instruments and electronic equipment. If your item is faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your musical journey continues uninterrupted.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and power cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Bonners

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and ship the item back to our central warehouse using a tracked and insured courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
