Yamaha's U series have long been considered one of the finest upright piano series on the market, with a combination of meticulous craftmanship and premium quality components. One of our favourite features of the reconditioned as new models is the installation of the soft-close mechanism on the fallboard, which is usually only found on younger instruments.
This instrument has been prepared by our in-house piano technician and has been fully serviced. The piano has been tuned, and had regulation work done to the keyboard as well as having the hammers voiced to bring out the best tone possible.
The Yamaha U3 is a professional-grade upright piano known for its rich tone, dynamic range and reliable performance. With its tall cabinet, this model provides excellent string length and soundboard area, resulting in a full-bodied tone with plenty of resonance. All our second-hand and reconditioned Yamaha U Series upright pianos come supplied with a brand new Yamaha lock key, allowing you to securely lock the fallboard when the instrument is not in use. This is particularly useful in shared environments such as schools, studios, or family homes, and offers added peace of mind where young children are around.

Warranty
This instrument is sold with a 5-year warranty. The warranty covers all parts and labour. If the piano needs repairing, then we come to your home. Tuning and general maintenance/servicing are not covered by warranty.
