Yamaha’s iconic HS speakers have been around since the 70s and have set a standard in the industry by which others are measured.
As Yamaha says: “Unlike studio monitors with added bass or treble frequencies which may sound more flattering at first, HS Series speakers were designed to give you the most honest, precise reference possible, providing an ideal sonic platform to build on throughout the mixing process.”
There are three to choose between:
- HS 5 with a 5inch speaker cone 70W
- HS 7 with a 6.5inch speaker cone 95W
- HS 8 with an 8inch speaker cone 120W
Each of these monitors gives you a true representation of the sound quality, just as a monitor should.
