Yamaha FG-TA Transacoustic Guitar; Vintage Tint
Yamaha FG-TA Transacoustic Guitar; Vintage Tint
Introducing the Yamaha FG-TA TransAcoustic Guitar, an instrument that redefines the acoustic guitar experience. The FG-TA delivers an unparalleled playing sensation by incorporating built-in reverb and chorus effects that emanate naturally from the guitar itself, without the need for external amplification or effects. This remarkable feature transforms your playing experience, making it the most inspiring and engaging acoustic guitar you've ever played.
The Yamaha FG-TA boasts a traditional western body with a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides, providing a rich and balanced tone. The innovative actuator technology inside the guitar vibrates in response to the strings, creating authentic reverb and chorus sounds that resonate from within the body. This unique system enhances your music with lush, immersive effects directly from the guitar.
Controlling these effects is effortless with three simple knobs: the chorus control, the reverb control (which toggles between room and hall settings), and the TA switch/line-out volume control. The intuitive design ensures minimal intrusion into the guitar’s body, preserving its natural acoustic properties.
Engineered for superior sound, the FG-TA features new scalloped bracing, resulting in louder and richer acoustic output. Yamaha’s advanced R&D efforts have led to this refined bracing pattern, ensuring the guitar's top board remains durable while delivering an impressive tonal range.
A newly designed battery box, integrated into the end-pin jack, minimizes body perforations, further reducing sound loss. This clever design also allows for easy connection to a PA or amp, providing versatile performance options.
Specifications include a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard and bridge. The FG-TA is equipped with die-cast chrome tuners, a 43mm urea nut, and a 650mm scale length. The electronics system features a 70/SRT Piezo Pickup, with dedicated controls for reverb, chorus, TA switch, and volume.
Experience the groundbreaking Yamaha FG-TA TransAcoustic Guitar – where traditional craftsmanship meets innovative technology, creating an acoustic guitar like no other.
