Featuring XBS boosting, these headphones allow you to enjoy rich, deep-end bass and wonderful, crisp higher-end tones. The piano stool has an adjustable height from 49-59cm (19.3 - 23.23").

Buying a new piano should be an exciting occasion and we want you to have the best experience possible. If you have any special requests, please call us to discuss them - we're always happy to do our best! Please be aware that the LX9 is a large instrument, and may not be suitable for carrying up some staircases. Contact us before ordering if you need upstairs delivery - an additional charge may apply.

The LX9 features Roland's acclaimed Hybrid Grand keyboard with High Precision Sensing. This key action offers an authentic acoustic piano feel and fully responds to the technique of advanced piano players. Haptic key vibration ensures the player fully engages in the sound and completes the simulated acoustic piano experience.
Sound Generation
The Piano Reality Modelling sound engine is at the heart of the Roland LX9. This combines a mixture of high-resolution sampled voices along with computer-generated resonance modelling. Six enhanced variations of Piano Reality Ambience are present to ensure you are fully immersed in the sound of this beautiful instrument, and the newly designed eight-speaker system provides a rich, powerful and spacious sound.
Pedals
Like an acoustic grand piano, the LX9 has three pedals - damper, soft and sostenuto. The responsive damper pedal features damper modelling to replicate the feel and sound characteristics of an acoustic piano pedal mechanism.
Bluetooth & Apps
LX9 is equipped with Bluetooth MIDI + Audio for full compatibility with the latest tuition and music-making apps. Play along with your favourite tunes using the piano's premium sound system, or control the piano using Roland's free Piano App for smart devices.

The LX9 is shipped in two pieces, which means that, unlike some flagship pianos, the LX9 can easily be transported to upstairs locations. upstairs. The LX9 is available in three popular cabinet colour options: Charcoal Black, Polished White, and Polished Ebony. Bonners Piano Centres also offers various package bundles, including headphones and piano stools—see this link for more information.
The LX9 includes Roland's latest minimalist Smart-touch control panel with fewer buttons and knobs than a conventional digital piano. The panel hides itself in sleep mode when it has not been touched for a few seconds, which gives the appearance of a non-digital instrument.
