The Pa5X Oriental enhances Korg's flagship arranger by incorporating Sounds, Drum and Percussion Kits, Keyboard Sets, Pads, and music styles that reflect the rich musical traditions of Türkiye and Persia. It particularly emphasises Arabic countries, thanks to the remarkable sound and performance libraries developed by world-class musicians in Lebanon.
The Pa5X Oriental offers all the advantages of the standard model, enhanced with 240 new sounds, 70 drum kits, and 264 specialised styles.
Additionally, the Pa5X Oriental includes an on-screen virtual keyboard for selecting alternative scales or retuning individual keys instantly. Multiple scales can be played simultaneously, allowing soloists to use an Arabic scale while the backing tracks remain in Equal tuning. Alternative scale tunings can be saved into each Keyboard Set and applied to any Style Sound.
