Its fully hollow arched maple body delivers a rich, resonant tone with deep lows and airy highs—ideal for everything from jazz and blues to rockabilly and retro rock. At the heart of the G2420 are Broad'Tron™ BT-3S humbuckers, designed to offer powerful mids, tight bass, and crystalline highs, giving you a huge tonal palette that can handle both clean and overdriven tones with ease.
The soft “C”-shaped nato neck and 12"-radius laurel fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets feel comfortable and familiar, while pearloid Neo Classic thumbnail inlays add that unmistakable Gretsch touch. A real bone nut ensures excellent resonance and tuning stability, enhancing the instrument's clarity and sustain.
With a master volume control featuring push/pull coil-splitting, along with individual volume controls for each pickup and a master tone knob, you’ll find plenty of room to craft your perfect sound.
