Epiphone Sheraton Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar (Incl. Premium Gig Bag); Vintage Sunburst

The Epiphone Sheraton stands as one of the most elegant chapters in the history of the semi-hollow guitar. Originally introduced as a high-end alternative to the thin-line models of the late fifties, the Sheraton quickly became a favourite for jazz, blues, and rock players who required the warmth of an acoustic with the sustain of a solid body. This modern return solves the age-old struggle of managing stage volume in a hollow-body instrument; by utilising a solid maple centreblock, the Sheraton provides exceptional feedback resistance while maintaining the "glassy clarity" and woody resonance that defines the semi-hollow sound. It is a guitar designed for the player who values heritage and "timeless aesthetic" without sacrificing the reliability needed for contemporary performance.

The performance benefits of the Sheraton are centered on its unique electronics and refined playability. Unlike a standard 335, the Sheraton is equipped with Epiphone ProBucker mini humbuckers. These pickups offer a "noiseless punch" and a wide dynamic range, sitting perfectly between the bite of a single coil and the thickness of a full-sized humbucker. The mahogany neck features a bound Indian laurel fretboard adorned with "Block Mother of Pearl and Abalone Triangle" inlays, providing a smooth, high-end feel across all 22 frets. Visually and sonically, the Frequensator Split Trapeze tailpiece adds a touch of vintage flair while subtly affecting string tension for a unique tactile response. Finished with gold hardware and a "Tree of Life" headstock inlay, the Sheraton remains a sophisticated tool for musicians who demand versatility and prestige.
