Inspired by the legendary Gibson SJ-200, the J-200 EC delivers the iconic Super Jumbo experience with modern enhancements. Featuring a cutaway design for easy upper-fret access, this guitar boasts a solid spruce top for a rich, resonant tone, complemented by select maple back and sides. The smooth-playing hard maple neck sports a SlimTaper D profile, while the pau ferro fretboard, adorned with classic pearloid crown inlays, offers exceptional playability across 20 medium jumbo frets.
True to its heritage, the Moustache shaped bridge and ornate J-200 style pickguard add vintage character. For amplified performance, it comes equipped with a Fishman Sonicore under-saddle pickup and Presys preamp, complete with a built-in tuner. Please note: A 9-volt battery is required for the pickup (not included).
