The Casio PX-S6000 is a premium quality portable digital piano equipped with an 88-note hybrid wood & resin hammer action keyboard. The PX-S6000 has a total of 256 note polyphony and 5 levels of keyboard touch sensitivity to suit all styles of pianists.

Choose from over 400 tones, including the sound of three distinctive grand pianos from Hamburg, Berlin and New York. Two voices can be layered together or split across the keyboard for playing different sounds with each hand independently. The split point can be adjusted to any one of the 88 keys.

Headphones can be plugged into the PX-S6000 for silent practice.

Acoustic Simulator & Effects

The acoustic simulator allows you to modify the piano tones to suit your own individual taste. Editable parameters include string, damper, key action, and damper noise.

Digital effects add a more professional quality to the overall sound of the instrument and the PX-S6000 also includes Casio's Hall Simulator, which simulates the sound of the instrument being played in different environments, including rooms, studios, halls and a cathedral. The PX-S6000 also offers 100 preset DSP effects, which can be applied to any tone you choose.

Plug a microphone into the mic input and apply one of 25 dedicated Microphone Effects to your voice.

Bluetooth

The Casio PX-S6000 is supplied with the WU-BT10 wireless Bluetooth adaptor in the box, which adds both BT MIDI +AUDIO Capabilities. Stream your favourite backing tracks from your smart device through the PX-S6000's onboard sound system,. Connect to the Casio Music Space app to unlock more fun & education features, as well as control of the piano using your touchscreen.

Other Features

The PX-S6000 has an onboard metronome with a tempo range from 20 -255 BPM and 20 preset drum rhythms to make practice even more fun!

Record your performance using the internal 2-track / 5-song recorder, or record and playback audio files using an external flash drive (not supplied).

The SP3 damper pedal is included in the package, or you can attach the Casio SP34 triple pedal unit to give you three piano-like pedals, including a continuous damper pedal.

Pitch bend, a control knob and two control buttons make the PX-S6000 ideal to use as a USB MIDI keyboard connected to your favourite computer DAW.

The full-dot LCD display with backlight makes the PX-S6000 ideal for use on dark stages or music studios.

There are stereo line outputs on ¼" jacks for connection to external amplification.

Onboard 32w total speaker output when using the supplied mains adaptor. Output volume is limited to 16w when using batteries.

This piano can be powered using the mains adaptor (supplied in the box) or alternatively by using 8 x AA size batteries. Battery life is up to 4 hours.
