The Casio AP710 is a new model digital piano that features the same stunning piano tones as the popular Casio Grand Hybrid pianos, and a Tri-sensor Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard II. The piano sound was developed in collaboration with a renowned German piano manufacturer - C. Bechstein.
Responsive Keyboard Action
As well as three beautiful piano voices, the Casio AP710 is equipped with their Tri-sensor Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard II. The full range of 88 notes is provided - just the same as an acoustic grand piano. Each key has three sensors that pick up every nuance of your performance, and the key surfaces have simulated ebony and ivory keys for an authentic touch. The hammer response can be adjusted to one of ten levels to match the player's unique touch or switched off completely when playing organ voices.
Three Beautiful Piano Voices
Just like the flagship Grand Hybrid models, the AP710 features three distinctive piano voices - Vienna, Hamburg, and Berlin. Each one of these piano voices has multiple variations (twelve in total), so you're sure to find the right voice for different styles of piano music - including classical, romantic, jazz, pop, contemporary and more.
There is, of course, a range of other voices including strings, harpsichord, organ (and many more!) which can be played individually, layered two together, or split across the keyboard.
Song Player/Recorder
Use the onboard song player to play along with the 15 Concert Play audio tracks, the 60 music library songs. Right, and left-hand parts can be turned off to allow you to practice both hands independently.
Record your own music using either the MIDI recorder which offers two tracks and up to ten user songs in the memory at once or record in high quality .WAV format with the Audio Recorder - direct to USB flash drive (not included).
