Blackstar IDX-FLOOR-2 Advanced DSP Modeller
Compact, powerful, and intuitive, the ID:X Floor Two delivers the tone, feel, and responsiveness of a real valve amp in a pedalboard-friendly digital floor modeller. Drawing on decades of Blackstar amp-design expertise, it combines advanced component-level modelling with powerful DSP to produce dynamic, expressive tones - without the distraction of deep menus.
Evolved from the award-winning ID:X Combos, the ID:X Floor Two sets a new benchmark for compact modellers, redefining what’s possible from a unit of this size. A hands-on, knob-based interface, clear OLED display, and integrated expression pedal keep your focus exactly where it should be: on playing, not menu-diving.
The ID:X Floor Two features 12 authentic component-level modelled electric guitar amps, including six original Blackstar designs and six Ampton recreations of iconic amplifiers. It also includes three bass amps, two acoustic voices, and an acoustic simulator. Selectable power-valve responses (EL84, EL34, and 6L6), along with Blackstar’s patented ISF control, ensure every model delivers genuine valve-amp feel and response. The built-in expression pedal provides real-time control over wah, volume, or effect parameters for enhanced expression and dynamics.
IR-driven CabRig™ speaker and microphone simulation delivers studio-quality cabinet tones for live performance, recording, or home practice. Blackstar’s exclusive ‘In The Room’ CabRig technology recreates the sound and feel of an amp moving air, offering an authentic playing experience whether running direct to front of house, into FRFR systems, or as part of a traditional pedalboard setup.
With over 35 onboard effects, MIDI control, USB-C audio-interface functionality, balanced stereo XLR outputs, and a headphone output for silent practice, the ID:X Floor Two integrates effortlessly into any modern rig.
